Return & Exchange Policy
- Orders cannot be opened prior to delivery.
- All shipments must be paid in full, and if any issues arise, a refund or exchange request must be submitted.
- Refund/Exchange Process: To request a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received with full packaging and accessories.
- Request for Return or Exchange: Through Instagram DM immediately after receiving the order.
- Items must be shipped back to us to be reviewed by our returns team.
- Items are processed, and a final confirmation is sent to you on whether the return is approved or rejected.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping to us. In the event of a cash refund or the item being returned to you due to rejection, you will be responsible for the shipping fees as well.
