Shipping & Exchange policy:
– Our delivery representative will contact the customer before delivery to arrange a suitable time for receiving the order.
– Upon receiving the order, the customer is allowed to try the product immediately.
– If the product is suitable, it will be received and the full payment must be made.
– If the product is not suitable, it can be returned immediately to the delivery representative at the same moment.
– Exchange or return requests are not allowed for any reason after the delivery representative leaves the delivery location.
The shipping amount must be paid in full once the delivery representative arrives, whether the product is accepted or returned. This amount is charged by the shipping company for the delivery service and is not related to the store.

• يتم التواصل مع العميل من خلال المندوب قبل التسليم لتحديد ميعاد مناسب للاستلام.
• عند استلام الأوردر، متاح تجربة المنتج في نفس الوقت.
• في حالة إن المنتج مناسب، يتم استلامه والدفع كامل.
• في حالة عدم المناسبة، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب في نفس اللحظة.
• لايجوز طلب عمل استبدال او استرجاع لاي سبب بعد انصراف المندوب من مكان التسليم
.يتم دفع مبلغ الشحن كاملاً بمجرد وصول المندوب سواء كان المنتج مناسب او غير مناسب فمبلغ الشحن خاص بشركة الشحن جراء توصيل الطرد وليس للفرع
